Delete your Pairly account
Pairly (Android, iPhone and web) lets you permanently delete your account and the data you created at any time.
Delete it yourself
- Open the Pairly app, or sign in at this website.
- Go to Settings → Delete account (also shown before you create a shared space).
- Choose “Email me a confirmation code”, enter the code from your account email, tick the confirmation and press “Permanently delete account”.
Can't sign in?
Reset your password from the sign-in screen, or email pairly@sahiworks.com from your account's email address and ask for deletion. We confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, sessions, calendar events, journal entries, reminders, cycle records, love notes, hearts, comments and quiz answers you created are removed from the active database immediately, including anything you had shared with your partner. Your partner's own entries are kept and stay theirs.
What may be kept
Encrypted server backups and email-delivery records may hold copies until they expire under the operator's retention schedule; contact us for the current period. Nothing is kept for advertising or analytics.
